In short
Check every condition, not just the closing time. In this notice, backpacks go to the cloakroom, suitcases are not accepted, last entry is 17 h and photos are allowed without flash only in the permanent collection. Plan A fits all the stated conditions; Plan B does not.

This is an original A2 reading exercise in the style of practical exam preparation. It supplies all the museum rules needed for the questions. Read the notice first, then compare each visitor’s bag, arrival time and photo plan. The rules do not describe a real museum.

Last entry and closing are different limits
Hugo’s 17 h 15 arrival is before the 18 h closure, but after the stated 17 h last entry. Camille arrives at 16 h 30, before both limits. A plan can fail the entry condition even if it leaves time before the building closes.
The cloakroom does not accept every item here
The backpack rule and suitcase rule are separate. Camille’s plan includes depositing the backpack. Hugo cannot solve the suitcase issue by choosing the cloakroom because the notice explicitly excludes suitcases even there. Gratuit tells you the stated cloakroom price; it does not remove the item restriction.
For a comparable reading task, underline the detail in the plan and its matching rule in the notice. If a plan needs changing, say exactly which feature changes: the bag, the arrival time or the part of the museum where photographs are taken.
