How do you limit a commitment politely in French?
Mon engagement porte sur la relecture de la note et la vérification des chiffres. La traduction des annexes reste à confier à un autre intervenant.
My commitment covers reviewing the note and checking the figures. The translation of the appendices still needs to be assigned to someone else.
Porter sur identifies the work covered. Rester à confier identifies work still to be assigned. For a meeting summary, retain the action verbs: sending, reviewing, translating and approving are different responsibilities. In dès que je l’aurai reçue, l’ refers to la réponse, so reçue takes a feminine -e.
