Reconstruct a French project handover from dated notes, separating planned approval from confirmed approval before transfer and closure.

In short

A dated plan is not proof that approval occurred. Validation prévue lundi gives an expectation; validation confirmée par Claire lundi reports a completed step. In this handover, transfer follows explicit approval, and closure follows the recipient’s acknowledgement.

The notes below concern a handover from the development team to the support team. The agreed process requires Claire’s approval before transfer. The support team must then confirm receipt before the development team closes its handover file. Read the status verbs before arranging the events: a future date and a completed action do different jobs.

Chronology and permission are separate clues

A transfer dated after the planned meeting would still need evidence of approval. In this set of notes, that evidence comes from Claire valide le dossier, not simply from the arrival of 4 June. Similarly, transmis does not guarantee reçu: the support reply on 6 June supplies the receipt confirmation. The closing note comes last because the agreed process requires that confirmation first.

After Claire approved the file on 4 June, the transfer took place on 5 June. Receipt was confirmed the following day.

Use après validation only when the notes establish that validation. If you only have a schedule, write le transfert est prévu après validation. That keeps the missing condition visible and prevents a reader from mistaking a planned dependency for a completed one.
