A French public leaflet that keeps the exception visible

Compare a dense French eligibility clause with a public leaflet that preserves the main rule, the exception and the effect of missing documents.

In short

Simplify the layout and wording while keeping every eligibility-changing condition. Put the exception beside the main rule and state its practical effect. In this hypothetical programme, living in the area is normally required, but a specified temporary displacement creates an exception; missing documents delay assessment rather than automatically prove ineligibility.

The public version keeps the same conditions and separates pending assessment from refusal.
Question 1No account needed
What is the ordinary residence condition?

Choose one answer.

Answer and explanation

Live in the East sector when applying.. The clause anchors domicile at the application date.

Question 2No account needed
Who can use the stated exception?

Choose one answer.

Answer and explanation

An adult displaced less than three months ago by works making the home uninhabitable, with the stated attestation.. The exception combines time, cause and supporting evidence.

Question 3No account needed
What happens to an incomplete file under this rule?

Choose one answer.

Answer and explanation

It waits for missing evidence before examination.. The rule expressly states pending assessment.

Question 4No account needed
Which simplification changes the rule?

Choose one answer.

Answer and explanation

Tous removes both the time limit and the specified reason for departure.

Question 5No account needed
Where is the exception most usable?

Choose one answer.

Answer and explanation

Alongside the ordinary rule, with its conditions and evidence.. Rarity does not remove its effect on eligibility.

Question 6No account needed
Does clearer layout permit adding guaranteed approval?

Choose one answer.

Answer and explanation

No; the source gives conditions, not guaranteed approval of every file.. A relay cannot manufacture a further decision.

Give each decision-changing detail a place

The heading Exception names its role before the details. The clause’s moins de trois mois is retained, along with the cause of displacement and the attestation. Replacing the entire exception with cas particuliers possibles would leave the reader unable to identify the stated route.

The second public heading addresses missing evidence as a separate procedural state. It does not mix incompleteness with the residence exception. A reader can therefore distinguish qualifying conditions from the process used to examine the file.

A shorter leaflet is successful when the reader can reach the same decision-relevant distinctions using clearer words and layout. Count retained conditions, rather than judging fidelity from word count alone.
