In short
Name the format, route or participation method you need: Existe-t-il une version avec du texte sélectionnable ? or Puis-je transmettre mon avis par écrit ? Ask how that contribution will be included and which deadline applies. A clear request can describe the practical need without explaining private personal details.

Participation depends on more than getting an invitation. You may need a usable document, a written alternative to speaking, a route without steps or a comparison of amended wording. These four exchanges show how to ask about the particular barrier and confirm the practical response.
Ask for a readable document
Request the format you need without assuming that the organiser already offers it.
Contribute in writing
Confirm whether a written response enters the same consultation record.
Check step-free access
Ask about the actual route to the meeting room, not only the building entrance.
Clarify a proposed amendment
Establish which version your comment will address.
Specify the useful feature
Texte sélectionnable describes a concrete document feature. A selectable text version may be helpful, but that feature alone does not guarantee that a document works with every assistive tool. If you need another format, name it: une version en gros caractères, un document texte or une description du plan. The organiser can then address the actual request.
Follow the whole journey
An accessible entrance does not automatically establish an accessible route to an upstairs room. The third scene asks about the entrance and the path to the meeting space. For a real event, confirm the details relevant to your needs, such as a lift, door access or assistance arrangements, rather than inferring them from one broad label.
Check how your view enters the process
Sera-t-il pris en compte avec les interventions de la réunion ? asks whether the written message will join the same body of contributions. The reply in the scene says both enter the synthesis. That is the organiser’s stated procedure here; another consultation may need a different channel or reference number.
End with a concrete follow-up: the document to send, the route plan to receive or the deadline to meet. You can repeat the agreed arrangement in a short message afterwards so that both sides have the same practical information.
