In short
Autonome concerns independence, polyvalent a range of tasks and disponible availability in context. None alone gives a complete schedule or duty list. Ask which tasks, hours or sites are involved. Disponible immédiatement can concern a start date without meaning available at every hour.

Advertisements often compress expectations into positive adjectives. To decide whether the role fits your experience and availability, translate the adjective into an observable task or practical condition. A question about the actual work is more informative than guessing from a broad label.

Questions that clarify the adjective
Autonomous does not mean without any support
A role may involve handling defined tasks independently while still providing initial instruction and a contact for questions. Ask Quelles décisions pourrai-je prendre seul ? or À qui devrai-je transmettre les demandes particulières ? These questions establish the boundaries of autonomy instead of assuming either constant supervision or complete isolation.
Polyvalent needs a list of activities
Accueil, room preparation and document checking are different tasks. Polyvalent may describe that variety, but it does not identify every possible responsibility or say that an employee is qualified for anything. Request the actual missions and their relative importance.
In your reply, connect a quality to a task you can describe: Je suis habitué à vérifier les inscriptions et à orienter les visiteurs. Then ask about the missing condition. This gives the recruiter relevant evidence and gives you the information needed to assess the role.
