B2 · Summary and eligibility
Read it in English
The working group was proposing aid for associations that would create a digital booking tool, provided they maintained offline reception. Nora had underlined this condition in the note: the aid was meant to support modernisation without closing access to people without internet.
For the meeting, Malik had prepared a slide: “Aid would be offered to associations developing digital booking and retaining offline reception.” The sentence was shorter, but the two elements remained linked.
The following week, the draft newsletter simply announced: “Aid for associations that go digital.” Léa asked where the second condition had gone. The writer replied that he had removed a detail to shorten the text. Nora explained that this detail nevertheless determined eligibility.
The group compared the three versions. The slide retained the requirement; it was in the newsletter that the link had disappeared. The last sentence could suggest that any association adopting digital booking would receive the aid, even without another means of reception.
They restored the condition and added that the measure remained a proposal to be examined. The new text stated: “The group proposes aid for associations that develop digital booking while maintaining offline reception.” Before sending it, everyone checked the two essential questions: who could benefit from the scheme, and under what conditions?
