D'une part… d'autre part: build parallel French arguments

Build French paired arguments with d’une part and d’autre part. Keep grammar parallel and make the two reasons distinct rather than repetitive.

In short

Use d’une part… d’autre part… to present two distinct aspects in parallel form. Pair nouns with nouns or clauses with clauses where possible. The second part should add a reason, not merely repeat the first in different words.

Parallel does not mean opposed

The pair can organise two supporting reasons or two sides of a contrast. It does not automatically require a disagreement between them. If the second clause rejects the first, make that relationship explicit with an appropriate contrast and explain whether both can stand. Do not use the paired markers as a substitute for deciding the logic.

First, the trial limits the initial commitment; second, it allows observations to be gathered before the final decision.
