In short
Résa is an informal shortening of réservation; complet means all available places are taken. Tarif réduit names a lower price for eligible visitors, with conditions supplied by the programme. Places limitées says capacity is limited, not that the event is already sold out.

A compact cultural poster often saves space with short labels. Most labels below are ordinary words or phrases; résa is the abbreviation. The practice extracts spell out the conditions that matter, so you can connect the wording to a concrete next step.

Limited is different from full
Places limitées describes capacity. It can explain why a reservation is required even while some places remain. Complet says the available places have all been taken for the entry in question. It does not automatically describe every other date or activity in the programme.
A reduced rate has stated eligibility conditions
Sur justificatif means the visitor must show the proof required for that rate. The extract gives the lower amount but does not list eligible categories. The useful question is Qui peut bénéficier du tarif réduit ? You cannot decide eligibility merely from the label tarif réduit.
La réservation est obligatoire : comment peut-on réserver ?
A reservation is required: how can we book?
Résa obligatoire tells you a booking is needed. It does not identify the method unless the programme also names one, such as en ligne or par téléphone. In a formal message, write réservation in full; résa is useful to recognise on a short notice or in a casual exchange.
Read the smallest line with the same care as the event title. A short phrase can change the action you need to take: reserve, bring proof, use the on-site desk or choose another available session.
