In short
Learn the noun with its article: une prise électrique, un volet, un placard, un interphone. Then ask about the feature you need: Où sont les prises ? or Y a-t-il des marches à l’entrée ? A clear question names the object or route rather than asking only whether everything is practical.
Yellow the idea to rememberBlue French to learn
A viewing lets you connect advertisement words with objects and spaces. These cards focus on what you can name and ask about: the room, the storage and the path through the building. The example sentences describe different layouts, not features every flat contains.

A cupboard and its shelves are different objects
Un placard is the enclosing cupboard or closet. Une étagère is a shelf within it or elsewhere in a room. Un débarras is a whole small storage room. Naming the correct scale helps when you ask for dimensions: la largeur d’une étagère and les dimensions du débarras concern different spaces.
The building entrance and flat entrance may be separate
L’entrée de l’immeuble is the building entrance. L’entrée du logement concerns the flat itself. Un palier is the landing outside the flat’s door. If a route matters, ask about the section from the street to the flat, rather than assuming that an ascenseur describes every part of it.
Choose three cards that matter for one viewing and write a short question list. Keep each question specific enough for the person showing the flat to answer with a location, measurement or stated condition.
