Toujours pas keeps the problem current
Ne s’allume toujours pas means “still does not come on”. The phrase connects the current fault to the earlier report. Le technicien est passé acknowledges the visit, and il a changé l’ampoule identifies what was tried. The guest does not need to accuse the technician or speculate about the cause to explain that the light remains unusable.
Availability is checked before confirmation
Je vais demander si une autre lampe est disponible is a next step, not yet a confirmed replacement. Only after checking does reception say Nous avons une lampe de remplacement. The guest then repeats the room number and agrees to be there at the offered time.
