Most jewellery words take en + material: une bague en or, un bracelet en argent, un collier en perles. For costume jewellery, say un bijou fantaisie. Porter is the verb for wearing it: elle porte un collier.
A jeweller is un bijoutier and the shop is une bijouterie. To have something repaired, say Le fermoir de mon collier est cassé, vous pouvez le réparer ? For a ring size, French uses le tour de doigt: Je fais du 54.
