Read it in English

Duration and use: The warranty is valid for twelve months from the purchase date, for domestic use only. It concerns the appliance bought new. The model and date appear on the invoice.

Covered parts: The warranty covers manufacturing faults in the motor, switch and power cable supplied with the appliance. A breakdown caused by such a fault is repaired free of charge during the warranty period. If repair is impossible, the appliance is replaced.

Exclusions: Filters, normal wear, damage caused by dropping the appliance or liquid entering it, and breakdowns after an unauthorised repair are excluded. Professional use is also excluded.

Before sending anything: Contact after-sales service first. Give the model, describe the fault and attach photographs if they help show the problem. A copy of the till receipt or invoice serves as proof of purchase. Wait for written approval before returning the appliance. If the fault is covered, we send you a prepaid return label. A shipment made without prior approval is not covered.
