In short
Ask Il y a une autre entrée ? and Comment je peux y aller d’ici ? The dialogue’s sign closes one entrance, not the museum. Staff direct the visitor along the building to Rue des Tilleuls, then fifty metres to a green door with the public-entrance sign.
Yellow the idea to rememberBlue French to learn

The visitor is facing a closed main door. The agent explains the viewpoint before giving right and left, then names the side street and a visible door colour. Follow the complete route and notice where the visitor can get tickets. The route details are given in the dialogue and repeated in the table.

Entrée fermée does not by itself say musée fermé
Entrée means entrance. The first sign describes that door. The agent then explicitly states that the museum remains open and names today’s public entrance. Without that extra statement, a visitor would still need to ask. Read the object being described before extending the notice to the whole building.
| Detail | Instruction |
|---|---|
Repeating the route gives the agent a chance to correct a mistaken direction. Keep the key details in order: the starting viewpoint, side street, distance and door. Then ask about any separate practical need, such as tickets, as the visitor does here.
