Write a French opinion paragraph: view, reason and example

Write an A2 French opinion about using a phone to learn French. Follow a four-step plan, compare a model paragraph and check your reasons and examples.

In short

Start with your view, explain it with parce que, then show what you mean with par exemple. A short final sentence with mais can give a limit. Keep the reason connected to your view: what makes this choice useful for you?

Read a model answer

À mon avis, le téléphone est utile pour apprendre le français parce que je peux écouter des dialogues pendant mes trajets. Par exemple, chaque matin, je choisis un dialogue court dans le bus. Je l’écoute deux fois, puis je note une expression dans mon carnet. Le soir, je relis cette expression et je l’utilise dans une phrase. Mais les messages me dérangent parfois. Alors, je coupe les notifications pendant cet exercice.
