In short
Jouer means “to play” and follows the regular -er pattern: je joue, nous jouons, j’ai joué. Keep the extra i in nous jouions and vous jouiez in the imparfait and present subjunctive.

In the present, je joue can mean “I play” or “I am playing”. For one completed game, use j’ai joué; for a childhood habit, use je jouais. The future keeps the whole infinitive: jouer-ai. The conditional uses that same stem: jouer-ais.
