A mediator can soften an accusatory delivery while preserving a clear refusal. The scenes distinguish a shared diagnosis from a disputed remedy, an ambiguous deadline from conflicting priorities, and an experienced effect from an unconfirmed motive.
Keep disagreement
Do not replace refusal with agreement.
Clarify a term

Suspend motive
Do not convert an effect into intention.

Choose one scene and rehearse a relay in two sentences. The first states the position, the second checks it. Keep the concrete object of disagreement visible so the conversation can proceed on its actual terms.
