निजवाचक सर्वनाम कर्ता के अनुसार चुनें: je me, tu te, il se, nous nous, vous vous, ils se। फिर क्रिया का रूप बदलें: je me lève, nous nous levons। स्वर से पहले me, te, se छोटे होकर m’, t’, s’ बनते हैं: je m’appelle।

s’appeler में l दो बार क्यों आता है?
Se lever में je me lève और ils se lèvent के साथ è आता है। nous nous levons और vous vous levez में बिना चिह्न का e रखें। S’appeler में l दो बार आता है, जैसे je m’appelle और ils s’appellent, लेकिन nous nous appelons में एक l रहता है और vous vous appelez में भी।
Je m’appelle Nora. Je me lève tôt, mais je ne me couche pas tôt.
