Plan a French synthesis from three source notes

Turn three French source notes into a thematic plan. Compare current arrangements, requested changes and a response that is still being considered.

In short

Build a small matrix before choosing headings: what each source says, how its claim relates to the others and which limits you must keep. Organise the plan around the shared issue, then trace every point back to a source.

Three sources on changing an appointment slot

Your brief: explain how the service organises order collection and what changes are being discussed. Represent the three sources and keep personal recommendations for a separate task.

A — Service rules: “Orders are collected by appointment. Time slots are allocated when the order is placed.”

B — Interview report: “Several customers interviewed would like to be able to change their time slot by telephone. They are not asking for appointments to be abolished.”

C — Service response: “We are considering changes by telephone. This possibility is under review; no implementation date has been announced.”

How do you plan a synthesis from several sources?

A compact thematic plan
ThemeSources to connectFrench planning note
1. How collection is organisedA + BLe rendez-vous reste le cadre du retrait ; la demande concerne la souplesse du créneau.
2. What adjustment is being consideredB + CLa modification par téléphone est souhaitée par plusieurs clients et envisagée par le service, sans calendrier annoncé.

B qualifies the issue: these customers want flexibility within the appointment system. C responds to that request at the level of a possible change. A supplies the existing arrangement. These are three contributions to one issue, so “for appointments” versus “against appointments” would mislabel the disagreement.

Collection relies on time slots allocated when the order is placed. Several customers interviewed would, however, like to be able to change these slots by telephone while retaining the appointment principle. The service is examining this possibility, whose implementation timetable remains undetermined.
