The present singular is short: rejoins, rejoins, rejoint. The plural changes to rejoign-. Keep those letters together in rejoignais, rejoignions and rejoigne. The future returns to the infinitive without its last e: rejoindr-. That gives je rejoindrai, and the conditional je rejoindrais.

Who or what are you joining?

Je rejoins mes amis devant le cinéma.

I’m meeting my friends outside the cinema.

Cette ligne rejoint le centre-ville.

This line reaches the town centre.

The person or destination follows rejoindre directly: rejoindre Léa, rejoindre le centre-ville. Add the meeting place separately: rejoindre Léa au cinéma. With an object pronoun, use je la rejoins, nous vous rejoignons. In a positive imperative, attach the pronoun with a hyphen: rejoins-moi, rejoignez-nous.

La collègue que j’ai rejointe était déjà sur place.

The colleague I met up with was already there.

A feminine direct object before the verb gives rejointe. With an object after it, say j’ai rejoint ma collègue.
