Read a model answer

Bonjour Monsieur Bernard,

Could you turn the volume down in the evening, please?

Pourriez-vous is followed directly by the infinitive baisser. Keep the hyphen in the inverted question.

Depuis trois soirs connects a repeated problem with the present: the music is still a concern now. Après vingt-trois heures gives the time of night. The model uses voisine because Clara is writing; a man could write votre voisin. Match that detail to yourself in your own answer.

After pouvoir, use the infinitive directly, with no de.
