Salut Nora !
Adam

J’ai pu continuer.
The help changes what Adam can do.
The background verbs describe the room and the work already in progress. The main actions move the story forward. Adam writes je suis allé and je suis content; a woman describing the same visit would write je suis allée and je suis contente. Keep the forms consistent with your speaker.
For a second message, keep the same workshop but change the problem: your clay was too dry and the instructor brought water. Let that change shape the middle of the story. End with a reaction that follows from the help you received.
