Read it in English

In the neighbourhood’s shared garden, a group proposes a welcome slot for new residents. “We already struggle to cover the current sessions,” notes Anna, a volunteer. Her concern deserves attention: announcing another session without people available would create an expectation the team could not meet. Yet this is not enough to conclude that every new opening is impossible.

The group is considering asking future participants whether they also want to help welcome others. This approach is neither an already formed team nor a promise of availability. It would allow a check of whether new people can help organise the sessions. Before announcing a time, the team would therefore still need to establish who could actually cover it.
