In short
There are three separate checks: visitors choose whether to record, each excerpt needs the participant’s agreement before publication, and staff time must be examined before a trial is approved. Complete the summary with all three stages intact.

Le centre culturel envisage de recueillir de courts commentaires enregistrés auprès des visiteurs qui souhaitent participer. Les autres pourraient suivre la visite sans être enregistrés. L’équipe ne publierait un extrait qu’après l’avoir fait écouter à la personne concernée et avoir obtenu son accord sur cet extrait. Aucune collecte n’a encore commencé.
The cultural centre is considering collecting short recorded comments from visitors who wish to take part. Other visitors could take the tour without being recorded. The team would publish an excerpt only after playing it to the person concerned and obtaining their agreement to that excerpt. Collection has not yet begun.
L’objectif serait de présenter plusieurs manières de regarder les œuvres, et non de mesurer l’opinion de tous les visiteurs. Toutefois, le projet dépend aussi du temps disponible pour préparer et vérifier les extraits avec les participants. L’équipe doit examiner ce point avant de décider si elle peut organiser un premier essai.
The aim would be to present several ways of looking at the works rather than measure every visitor’s opinion. However, the project also depends on the time available to prepare and check excerpts with participants. The team must look into this before deciding whether it can organise an initial trial.
