Separate the current plan from the request

Review your draft

Two small choices carry the plan: propose and après. À quinze heures gives an exact start; après quinze heures gives a window. Naming la salle 2 also makes the summary useful on its own. The station journey explains Adam’s request, but the colleague can follow the proposed arrangement without it.
