In short
Compare what the reader can do, must do or can expect in each version. Track six details: actor, action, deadline, permission, condition and decision status. Small changes such as jusqu’au becoming le can alter the whole procedure.

How do you spot changes in meaning between two versions?
Reference version: Group leaders may request a slot up to 12 June. Confirmation depends on room availability. The reception team will send a reply.
Revised version: Groups will receive a slot on 12 June. Every request will be confirmed by the technical service.
Treat the first version as the reference for this comparison. A useful annotation names the effect of an edit: “request deadline changed to allocation date” is clearer than “date wording changed”. Read each answer against the complete notice; a sentence can repair one detail while leaving another altered.
