1 · The link: what you follow

Lien is masculine. Use sur with clicking and vers for the destination.

2 · The page: the exact information

Page is feminine. La page d’accueil is the homepage.

3 · The website: the larger whole

Site is masculine. Site web and site internet both mean website; le site is enough once the context is clear.

4 · The address: where the link goes

Une adresse web is a web address. The clickable words can look different from the address they point to.

Envoyer un lien shares the route to the resource; joindre un fichier attaches a file to a message. For a specific article, keep the destination in your request: le lien vers l’article. For the general source, ask for le site du musée.
