Texting a café about something you left behind, in French

You left your scarf at a café. Message them in French: describe the item, where you sat and when, and arrange to pick it up.

In short

Describe the item precisely (une écharpe bleue en laine), say when and where you were (hier vers 15 h, près de la fenêtre) and ask if they have it (Est-ce que vous l'auriez retrouvée ?). The conditional sounds polite and natural.
