A2 French bus notice: find the temporary stop

Read a French bus-stop notice and follow directions past a bakery to a pharmacy. Practise direction, dates and temporary changes with four questions.

In short

For line 4 towards the station, wait outside the pharmacy during the roadworks. Towards the market, use the usual Jardin stop. The notice keeps the normal timetable and moves only the station-bound stop.

Du lundi 6 au vendredi 10, l’arrêt Jardin est déplacé1 pour les bus de la ligne 4 en direction de2 la gare. Pendant cette période, veuillez utiliser l’arrêt provisoire3 situé devant la pharmacie, rue du Parc. Les horaires habituels restent valables4.

Dans l’autre direction

En direction du marché, les bus continuent de s’arrêter à l’arrêt Jardin habituel. L’arrêt École n’est pas concerné par ce changement.

Pour rejoindre5 l’arrêt provisoire depuis Jardin, prenez la rue du Parc. La pharmacie est sur la droite, après la boulangerie. Attendez devant la pharmacie.

From Monday the 6th to Friday the 10th, the Jardin stop is moved for line 4 buses towards the station. During this period, please use the temporary stop outside the pharmacy on Rue du Parc. The usual timetable remains in effect.

Towards the market, buses continue to stop at the usual Jardin stop. The École stop is not affected by this change.

To get to the temporary stop from Jardin, take Rue du Parc. The pharmacy is on the right, after the bakery. Wait outside the pharmacy.
