(from; starting point, three words) quatorze heures, un deuxième groupe arrive. Cette dernière séance permet de revoir les gestes appris la veille. Elle termine sa journée en préparant la séance du lendemain.

Maëlle is a sailing instructor. She has worked at this school for five years. Every morning she arrives at the harbour at seven. Before taking the boats out, she checks the weather forecast and chooses the sailing area. She then prepares the equipment with her colleague.
After checking the life jackets, Maëlle welcomes the students. First, she presents the morning’s objectives. The group practises knots for thirty minutes. Then the students rig the sails while she watches.
As soon as everyone is ready, the group goes to the boats. The exercises continue until lunchtime. Maëlle pays attention to every crew. During the morning, she offers a short break to students who need one. At noon, everyone describes a difficulty and a success.
From two o’clock, a second group arrives. This final session lets them review the movements learnt the day before. At about five, the boats return to the harbour. With the students, Maëlle puts away all the equipment in twenty minutes. She ends her day by preparing the following day’s session.
