Expand compact notes into a French email that explains a possible delay and asks to change an appointment. Write your version, compare a model and use the checklist.
Notes store ideas for you; the final response makes their relationships clear to the reader. Expand a cause into a sentence, name what ce rendez-vous refers to, and turn “ask for another time” into an actual question. Keep a possible delay as a possibility until it is confirmed.

Your plan can stay short. The final email needs enough detail for someone else to identify the appointment and answer the request. A greeting and closing help it sound like an email, while the middle does the practical work. Use the notes below as a starting point, then write connected French.
