In short
Put the concession and condition in the same sentence: Nous pourrions avancer la livraison, à condition que vous confirmiez le périmètre aujourd’hui. Use the subjunctive after à condition que and pour autant que. For a hypothetical si sentence, pair the imparfait with the conditional.

How do you negotiate with à condition que in French?
Write only the missing verb form. The cues specify the tense or mood. In the first half, the condition follows à condition que or pour autant que. In the second half, it starts with si. Each complete sentence keeps the offer tied to a clear condition.
