1 · State the request

Résilier ends a continuing agreement. Suspendre means to pause it.

YouBonjour, je souhaite résilier mon abonnement.Hello, I’d like to cancel my membership.

2 · Separate your preferred date from the effective date

Prendre fin means to come to an end. Un préavis is a notice period.

3 · Ask which steps remain

Une demande is the request. Un justificatif is a supporting document.

Reçue confirms arrival of the request. A separate sentence can confirm the end date.
