Utile, précis, efficace: French evaluation adjectives compared

Choose French adjectives by what they assess: usefulness, necessity, precision, detail, simplicity and results. Study the examples and test your choices.

In short

Utile says something helps; nécessaire says it is needed. Précis gives exact information, détaillé gives many details, and efficace says the intended result is achieved. Choose the adjective that names your reason.
