In short
Plan the meaning first: who, why, where, when and what answer you need. Then choose a French sentence frame such as Tu veux… ? Check the finished message against those notes, especially whether the plan is proposed or agreed.

Salut Inès ! Tu (want) travailler (at the: feminine) bibliothèque (Wednesday) (at) quinze heures ? Dis-moi si tu es (free). À bientôt !

Hi Inès! Would you like to work at the library on Wednesday at three? Let me know whether you are free. See you soon!
Hi! Thanks for your message. I’m not free on Wednesday. Does Thursday at four suit you? We can work at the library. Inès
The notes allow you to change the construction while keeping the same invitation. You could start with Est-ce que… ? or split the day and time into another sentence. Preserve the purpose and practical details. Inès’s reply offers a new day; it still asks for agreement.
