Reste means “stays”. It is useful for furniture you see during a viewing. Compris means “included”: le chauffage est compris, but les charges sont comprises. For the room itself, lumineux becomes lumineuse with une pièce.

Before leaving the viewing

  • I have asked whether the furniture I need stays.
  • I know which services the quoted charges cover.
  • I have noted the heating answer separately.
  • I have written the available move-in date.
