In short

Nickel means “spotless” or “perfect” in familiar French. Impeccable describes something faultless or immaculate, and also works as an approving reply. Say des tables nickel but des tables impeccables: adjectival nickel stays unchanged.

Nickel !Perfect!Approves the proposal casually.
Impeccable !Perfect!Gives an approving reaction.
Ça me va.That works for me.Says the arrangement suits you.
Cela me convient. That suits me.States suitability in more careful wording.

Impeccable ! also sounds natural in conversation. Use the previous sentence to choose the English meaning: a freshly cleaned table is “spotless”; ten o’clock is “perfect”. In a text about materials, le nickel is the metal. The article and the topic make that separate noun sense clear.
