In short
Answer briefly and politely: Oui, toujours disponible. For offers, accept, refuse or counter (Je peux faire 70 €). Fix a precise pick-up (samedi à 10 h, 12 rue…) and ask them to warn you if they can't come (prévenez-moi si…).

Dispo is short for disponible and appears constantly on second-hand apps. Je vous le laisse à… (I'll let you have it for…) is the seller's phrase for a price. For safety, most sellers meet in a public place or at their door, and accept cash or the app's payment system.
- Je peux faire 70 € pour vous de réduction.Je peux faire 70 €.
Keep the counter-offer simple.
- Prévenez-moi si vous ne venez pas pas.Prévenez-moi si vous ne pouvez pas venir.
