要点
Je peux 表示“我能／我可以”：陈述目前的能力，或征求许可。Je pourrais 表示“我或许可以”：提出一种可能，或使请求更委婉。法语中，这两种形式都直接接不定式：je peux aider、je pourrais aider。

征求许可，由你自己做某事
用 Je 时，做这件事的人是你自己。条件式使问句更委婉。
你Est-ce que je pourrais m’asseoir ici ?我可以坐在这里吗？
同事Bien sûr. Vous pouvez prendre cette chaise.当然可以。您可以用这把椅子。
你Merci beaucoup.非常感谢。

Vous 或 tu 表明你请求谁来做这件事。
你Pourriez-vous me prêter un stylo, s’il vous plaît ?请问，您可以借我一支笔吗？
同事Oui, le voici.可以，给您。
你Merci. Pourriez-vous aussi m’aider à remplir ce document ?谢谢。您还可以帮我填写这份文件吗？

提出一个可能的计划
Nous pourrions 提出一个供双方考虑的选项。
你Nous pourrions relire le document ensemble.我们可以一起重读这份文件。
同事Bonne idée. Je peux venir à quatorze heures.好主意。我下午两点可以过来。
你D’accord, je vous attends ici.好的，我在这里等您。
je peux 与 je pourrais 有什么区别？
Je pourrais ouvrir le dossier ? 是问自己可不可以打开文件夹。Pourriez-vous ouvrir le dossier ? 则是请对方打开。像 Tu peux m’aider, s’il te plaît ? 这样的现在时请求也很友好；条件式增添了距离感或试探性。
英语的“could”也可以表示过去的能力。要说“那时我可以帮忙”，应使用 à cette époque, je pouvais aider。这个过去含义会在下方的另一篇文章中讲解。这里的 pourrais 是根据当前情况提出选项或请求。
