Correct the summary in three moves

Use this when support with a reservation has become a blanket rejection.

Je ne demande pas l’abandon du projet ; je demande un essai préalable.I am not asking for the project to be abandoned; I am asking for a trial first.

2 · Supply a complete replacement

Keep the condition beside the statement of support.

à condition que + subjonctif	provided that
sous réserve de + nom	subject to

Je suis favorable au projet, à condition que le parcours soit testé avant l’ouverture au public.I support the project, provided the process is tested before opening to the public.

Summary	What it says
Lina refuse le projet.	Rejection of the whole project.
Lina approuve le lancement lundi.	Approval of the proposed launch date.
Lina soutient le projet sous réserve d’un essai préalable.	Support with a trial as a condition.

After à condition que, use the subjunctive: que le parcours soit testé, qu’un essai permette de vérifier le parcours. After sous réserve de, use a noun phrase: sous réserve d’un essai. The first states what must happen; the second gives a compact wording for the minutes.
