How to give constructive feedback to a colleague in French

Give specific feedback in French: describe what happened, explain its effect and request a concrete change. Four scenes, 24 lines and practice questions.

In short

Use a specific event, its effect and a request: Hier, tu as modifié le planning après notre échange. J’ai donc préparé le mauvais dossier. Pourrais-tu me prévenir quand le planning change ? This page uses tu between colleagues who already address each other that way.
