Par courriel and par email both work for “by email”. Use répondre à quelqu’un: me répondre, “reply to me”. Plutôt que par téléphone names the alternative you want to replace.

For the third reply, offer a workable time: Dans ce cas, pourriez-vous me proposer un créneau après dix-sept heures ? If you still want the final details in writing, add Pourriez-vous ensuite me les confirmer par courriel ? Here, les refers to the details and me means “to me”.

Pour cette demande, une réponse par courriel me convient. Si un appel est nécessaire, je suis disponible jeudi après dix-sept heures.
