Read a meeting exchange and a French recap, then update one condition. Practise keeping approval, responsibility and the next action clear in a summary.

In short

Keep four elements in a conditional-agreement recap: the accepted task, the remaining conditions, the people responsible and the signal for the next action. When one condition changes, update that line and preserve the others.
