Joan of Arc: her story in eight dates

From Domrémy to Orléans, Reims and Rouen: the short life of Jeanne d'Arc during the Hundred Years' War, told as a French timeline.

In short

Jeanne d'Arc (around 1412–1431) was a young peasant from Domrémy who, guided by voices she said came from God, helped lift the siege of Orléans in 1429 and led Charles VII to his coronation in Reims. Captured, she was tried and burned at Rouen in 1431, and made a saint in 1920.
