Elle a accompli toutes les tâches prévues. She completed all the planned tasks.

Accomplir describes the action or achievement. For noticing something, choose réaliser que or se rendre compte de.

This is a natural awareness use of réaliser. Accomplir cannot introduce this meaning with que.

The difference is the phrase, rather than the size of the achievement. Accomplir une petite tâche works, and so does accomplir un exploit for an impressive feat. Réaliser and accomplir overlap when you talk about carrying something out; réaliser un projet and accomplir une mission are useful combinations to keep ready.
