In short
First name what you accept, then locate your objection. Sur ce point limits it to one issue; en partie limits how much you accept or reject; dans ce cas limits it to a situation. The reply should tell the listener exactly which claim needs changing.

Each row gives a sweeping rebuttal and a boundary you must preserve. Rewrite only the reply, using the supplied opening and marker. Keep the shared claim explicit. En partie needs a follow-up that identifies the accepted part; on its own it leaves the listener guessing. Dans ce cas needs a clearly named situation.
1 · 1 · Replace a blanket rejection with a named limit
- « Tout est faux. » Keep the shared objective; reject only the deadline as too short. → (Start Je partage l’objectif, mais · describe le délai as trop court · finish with sur ce point and je ne suis pas d’accord.)
- « Votre analyse est fausse. » Accept the cost analysis; say it leaves out training. → (Start Je suis en partie d’accord · use juste, mais and ne pas tenir compte de)
- « Cette méthode ne marche jamais. » Accept its usual usefulness; reject it when data are missing. → (Start Cette méthode est souvent utile. Then use dans ce cas, les données manquantes and rendre inutilisable.)
- « Je rejette votre proposition. » Accept the principle; object only to funding. → (Start J’accepte le principe, mais · describe le financement with rester insuffisant · finish with sur ce point and je ne suis pas d’accord.)
2 · 2 · Complete the reply while keeping the concession
- « Tout le projet est inutile. » Accept the workshops; reject the duplication of reports. → Le projet est : les ateliers répondent à un besoin, mais les rapports font double emploi. (Use en partie + utile)
- « Cette règle est absurde. » Accept the general rule; object to its use for emergencies. → La règle est adaptée aux demandes ordinaires. , l’urgence justifie une exception. (This case is an emergency)
- « Vous avez entièrement tort. » Accept the diagnosis; object to the suggested response. → Votre diagnostic est juste. La réponse proposée, en revanche, est disproportionnée. , je ne vous suis pas. (The response is the disputed point)
- « Le calendrier est impossible. » Accept its first stage; dispute the time for checking. → Je suis avec ce calendrier : la première étape est réaliste, mais la vérification demande deux jours de plus. (Use en partie + agreement)
- Je suis en partie d’accord. Tout ce que vous dites est faux.Je suis en partie d’accord : le constat est juste, mais la solution proposée est trop coûteuse.
A partial agreement should identify something you actually accept. The second sentence must keep that boundary.

Dans ce cas narrows the objection to the case under discussion; a universal rejection undoes that limit.
