How do you conjugate vouloir?

The present switches between veu- and voul-; the future and conditional use voudr-. The imparfait keeps voul- throughout. In the subjunctive, watch que nous voulions and que vous vouliez: these share their spelling with the imparfait forms, so the surrounding words tell you which mood you are reading.

In the imperative table, veuillez is the useful everyday reading form: it appears in announcements and formal requests. Veuille and veuillons are much rarer. For an ordinary request to a friend, Tu veux bien fermer la porte ? is a natural choice.

en vouloir à quelqu’unTu m’en veux encore ?Are you still cross with me?

Je veux que tu viennes avec moi.

I want you to come with me.

When the two subjects differ, use vouloir que + subjunctive. With one subject, use the infinitive: je veux venir.

J’ai voulu presents wanting as a completed event and can mean “I tried to”, as in the window example. Je voulais describes an intention in the background. To report a refusal, je n’ai pas voulu répondre means “I refused / didn’t want to answer”.
